OSM-Boundaries.com is owned by the Swedish company Ground Zero Communications AB.

If you wish to contact us regarding this site we much prefer that you use the UserEcho Feedback link on the right side of the web. This way we'll keep better track of the feedback we get, and it will also be visible to others.

You can also contact us by email, especially if it's more of a private matter.

Note that this is a side-project for us. This is a tool that we needed ourselves and we chose to make it available to others. While we will improve it now and then there is no active development. Therefore the response time might be a bit slow, and implementations even slower.

Missing data?

If you are missing data please first read through the documentation. There are a few important facts.

We do not create or adjust the data. We display what's available in OpenStreetMap.
Data sometime gets broken in OpenStreetMap, use the database selector below the map to look at older version if you can't find what you are looking for.
The site only displays boundaries which has the tag boundary set. If what you are looking for doesn't exist, or doesn't have that tag it's OpenStreetMap that needs to be adjusted.

Donations

It costs us money to keep this site going. SSD disk usage increases every month since we keep historical data. It's a power hungry server eating quite a lot of power from the power grid. Not the least due to the land-only calculations hugging the two digit number of CPU cores available. Time is spent every month on updating the site with new data.

If you want to make sure this site stays alive and gets further development, make sure to send us a donation.

The site was launched in May 2020. In September 2021 the total donation amount summed up to less than 300 EUR, this does not nearly cover the run-time cost.
